Danscentrum Syd seeks professionals or recent graduates within in the dance field! We have the possibility to invite four projects this summer! Two of these are reserved for members of Danscentrum Syd. Don’t miss the opportunity to work in our nice space in the heart of multicultural Möllan in Malmö, Sweden!
Our studio is 10 x 10.5 m and equipped with sound system, dance mat, mirrors and some technology in the form of light, video camera and projector. Adjacent to the studio is also wi-fi, kitchen and dressing room.
Danscentrum Syd will organize an open showing on Wednesday August the 12th when the artists will present what they been working on. It will be announced as a work-in-progress showing, open to attend for anyone interested. We expect you to take part in this day if your project is accepted.
Your application should include:
- Project description where you clearly describe your idea (1 A4)
- Motivation Letter (max 1 A4)
- CV
We have openings on: 22th – 28th of June, 29th of june – 5th of july, 6th – 12th of July
and 13th – 19th of July.
Residencies range from 7 to 21 consecutive days.
Please confirm in the application that you are able to attend at the open showing.
