Biography: Mari Carrasco is a freelance choreographer. She has done commission work for Riksteatern, Unga Klara, NORRDANS, Turnékompaniet Malmö and produced her own work. Mari has alongside her choreographic work also been teaching since 2010.

Class description: My class will start with a improvisation segment. We will walk, run, shake, find groove and run again. We will do exercises to move in and up from the floor and in the end do a phrase were we connect everything we have done during the session. My goal is share the joy in the effort of moving.
