Biography:
Robert Hewitt was born in England and trained at the Royal Ballet School in London. Guest teaching since 2004, with amongst others Cullberg Ballet, Carte Blanche, GöteborgsOperan Danskompani, Danish Dance Theatre, Skånes Dansteater, and Norrdans.

Class description:
The focus of Robert Hewitt‘s class is on exploring how to use a pure, precise and healthy ballet technique to enable dancers to achieve maximum results with minimum effort! In a class that incorporates influences from his background in the English and American schools as well as his education in Vaganova technique, dancers will be encouraged in a fun and positive atmosphere to develop musicality, coordination and joy of movement.

The classes will be held via the online platform Zoom. You need to download the programme (free of charge) before use and register online via e-mail vast@danscentrum.se at least 2 hours before class.
