Biography:
Jens Bjerregaard was trained at the Laban Centre. In Denmark he was the director of Mancopy Dance Company and Archauz. Since 2010 he has been working out of Beirut and choreographing for companies around the world as well as touring his solo work.

Flow and awareness (Technique class)
The Contemporary approach of Bjerregaard is derived from a desire to move with ease and with power. The class uses elements from contemporary techniques together with yoga and ballet to create a solid base for moving on stage. The technical work emphasizes flow and body awareness – always conscious of creating connections within the body and beyond.
