Class description
Ballet class for me is about waking up and getting your body ready for the day. I prefer to focus on the class/technique as a tool to become more aware of the space around me and my body internally. By awakening this awareness, along with the help of anatomical and spatial imagery, it becomes easier to work within the limitations of your own body and move more freely and intentionally through space.
Simon är på Danscentrum Väst via Konstnärsnämndens Internationella Residens (KID) under vecka 8 och 9 tillsammans med Oliver Flor Jull.
