Class Description:
My classes may be characterized by their precision, flow, musicality and dynamics. As a result of my studies in the fields of Somatics and Meditation (Feldenkrais Method, Somatic Movement and Mindfulness), I see a dance class as a vehicle through which to enhance and refine the dancer’s body-mind and spatial awareness while moving.
